Why do I need Rapid VPN?

It’s simple! Tap the ‘Connect’ button on the homepage. If the connection fails, just click the ‘Retry’ button to connect again. The button will show ‘Connected’ once you’re connected successfully.
How to disconnect Rapid VPN?
Tap the same ‘Connected’ button on the homepage to disconnect from the VPN.
Why I can’t authorize or press OK?
Your version of Rapid VPN may be out of date, or you may be running other apps that interfere with our service. First, ensure that you’re using the latest version of Rapid VPN, then close all other apps that are running in the background, and finally relaunch Rapid VPN. If the issue persists, please send us an in-app feedback message and our team will assist you right away.
Why I can’t connect to the internet while the VPN is connected?
Please try the following steps to solve the issue:
- Make sure your network connection is working and stable. Connection failures are often caused by something blocking the connection to our servers. Verify that your internet connection is working whilst disconnected from Rapid VPN.
- Please update to the latest version. We constantly improve our software to ensure it is as effective as possible and older or outdated versions may not connect properly.
- Drag down the server list to refresh automatically.
Change the connection mode. Sometimes, VPN protocols can have trouble maintaining a strong connection.
If the issue persists, please contact us via in-app feedback message or through the support email and let us know the following information:
- Device Model
- Operating System
- Name of your network provider
- Current version of Rapid VPN on your device
Why does Rapid VPN auto disconnect?
The connection may be interrupted by other apps or the power settings on your device. First, ensure you’re using the latest version of Rapid VPN, then close any anti-virus software or other VPN apps on your device that may impact your network connection. Additionally, turn off the "Low Power” or “Battery Saving Mode" in your device settings to prevent Rapid VPN from being closed automatically to save battery. Finally, relaunch Rapid VPN and reconnect.
Will Rapid VPN slow down my internet?
Your internet speed may be slightly impacted when you connect to Rapid VPN. This is because your online traffic is encrypted as it’s coming and going to ensure your safety and security. However, if you notice a significant decrease in the quality of your internet connection, please try changing to another VPN protocol or connecting to another server. If the issue persists, we recommend connecting to a different Internet service provider (ISP), as your current ISP might be throttling internet speed.
How do I find the best server?
We recommend selecting the top server as it is the server that provides the fastest connection based on your current location. You can see the latency data for every server shown in the locations list. Alternatively, you can pick the country where you want the server to be.
How do I switch server locations?
You can select your desired country in the Locations list by clicking the city name. We recommend connecting to the top server, as the top server currently has the strongest signal on your device. Once you become a VIP, there are more locations and servers available to you.
Why does Rapid VPN have advertisements?
Ads allow us to provide a FREE, high-quality service for many of our users and enable us to support, maintain, and continually improve Rapid VPN.
Should you wish to use our service without ads, Rapid VPN offers an Ad-free version for all users which you can access by activating a VIP Membership. Please tap Get VIP and follow the prompts to subscribe.
I can’t find the server that I hope to connect to, what should I do?
Some servers may not be available to you based on your location, network connection quality, or whether or not you’re a current VIP Member. If you’re not seeing a server in the Locations list that you’d like to connect to, please send us an in-app message or email via rapidvpn.cs@gmail.com with the following information:

How do I change the language of Rapid VPN?
English is the default language for the first version of Rapid VPN, but there will be more language choices in the future.

Launch Rapid VPN and tap‘Get VIP’. Follow the prompts to activate your VIP membership!

Each VIP Membership comes with an ad-free experience in all Rapid VPN apps and access to even more server locations with improved latency.
